Join us at the Rocking Heart Ranch Arena for some fun with you and your horse while you explore a myriad of obstacles.  Please register by filling out the form below.  Cost is $30/horse per timeslot and a deposit of $10 is required at time of booking and can be paid by e-transfer to rockingheartranch@gmail.com

• 2 hour timeslot for you to play with your horse with a maximum of 6 horses/ time slot
  • 10am- Noon
  • 1pm-3pm
  • 4-6pm
• Both hanging and ground obstacles will be provided
• Coffee and light snacks will be provided
•  Riders are required to show proof of Alberta Equestrian Federation Membership and sign a waiver.  ​

We are busy in our planning mode for a full slate of clinics for 2023.  At this point we are looking at hosting the following clinicians and more details will be added to the site as we know.  Registration is direct with Rocking Heart Ranch unless unless registration link is listed by clinic. 

• Rod Olsen-April  7 & 8th, 2023- 
  • ​ "Working with Youngsters"
    • focused on working with horses that are under the age of 4 and at all stages. 
  • 16 participants split into groups of 8 with a morning and afternoon session. (9-Noon & 1-4pm)
  • Cost is $220 + GST and includes refreshments. 
    • Auditors are $30/day
• ​Trevor Mertes- May 6 & 7, 2023
  • ​"Trail Riding and Obstacles"
    • ​Focused on getting your horse trail ready through building confidence in dealing with obstacles. 
  • ​14 participants split into groups of 7 with a morning and afternoon session. (9-Noon and 1-4pm)
  • Cost is $240 +GST and includes refreshments on both days.
    • ​​Auditors are $30/day
• J.P Forget- June 3 & 4, 2023-
  • Ranch Versatility Basics and Show Readiness
    • ​Focused on teaching you about ranch versatility and potentially showing. 
  • ​10 participants split into groups of 5 with a morning and afternoon session (9-noon and 1-4pm)
  • Cost is $420 + Gst and includes lunch on both days as well as refreshments.

• Pro Horse Training -  June 24 & 25, 2023
  • ​ "Liberty Training"
    • ​Focused on helping you connect with your horse through Liberty. 
  • ​10 participants with 2 per session/day and there are 2 one hour sessions on Saturday and a 1.5 hour session on Sunday. 
  • Cost is $350 + GST and includes refreshments
    • Auditors are $30 and can watch 2 sessions on Saturday and one session on Sunday.

  • Penning and Sorting for Beginners- 
• Jaquelene See Horsemanship- ​July 29/30th
  • ​Foundation Forward Horsemanship Clinic
    • ​With a focus on general Horsemanship, developing and refining body control and creating a supple, responsive horse, this clinic is suitable for those wanting to advance their young horse to those who are fine tuning their performance horse and any stages in between.’
  • 12 participants split between morning and afternoon sessions.  Sessions run 9am-Noon and 1-4pm
  • Cost is $250 + GST and includes refreshments.

  • "Training thru Trust"
    • Focused on building horsemanship skills and building their trust in you and vice versa. 
  • ​14 participants split into groups of 7 with a morning and afternoon session (9-noon and 1-4pm)
  • Cost is $375 _ Gst and includes refreshments and lunch.
